Since 1974, the Mid Ohio Walking Horse Association has been dedicated to the promotion of the Tennessee Walking Horse. Our focus is on the sound and natural Pleasure Walking Horse which we promote with shows and meetings, and also educational activities and demonstrations through involvement in Ohio's Equine Affaire. Our growth and success is due to the efforts and dedication of our members and we appreciate their continued support.

ABOUT US
We offer a variety of services and programs throughout the year.
The Walker Talker is our electronic newsletter which serves as a resource of TWH happenings in Ohio and surrounding states along with information for club activities and available services in the area.
Our show committee organizes and conducts two major exhibitions each year: The Ohio Classic, a Regional Championship show held in June, and the Fall Round-Up show in October.
Our High Point committee tracks horse show points throughout the year for members at our shows and other area shows we have affiliated with, then compiles a list of annual award winners which are presented at our Award Banquet in January or February of each year.
The Equine Affaire, a national equine exposition held each year in Columbus, OH is an event we are fortunate to participate in. This huge event with 300,000 to 400,00 visitors each year, allows us the opportunity to showcase the Tennessee Walking Horse, educate the public and promote our association and shows.
